To Become a Member
Registration for Ghana Society for Medical Physics (GSMP) is as follows:
- Download the GSMP Membership Form below, and fill it with your details. Please ensure your form is saved after filling in.
- Attach your fully completed form to the section provided below, and click on the ‘submit’ button. Once the ‘SUBMIT’ button is pressed, your completed form will be sent to the GSMP Secretariat. Please note that you will be contacted after you have successfully submitted your membership form.
